How does the Interior Design process work?
Step 1 – Consultation
Request a consultation either online or in person. You don’t need to be present to brief your interior designers, but they will want to get a feel for what you are hoping to achieve and your general ideas and preferences for your interior.
Step 2 – Design Concepts
Your interior designer will take your ideas, floor plans, budget and style and draw up mood boards and design proposals to conceptualise the overall concept. Again, this can be done online or in person and you will have the opportunity to edit and adjust the proposal before you commit to the project.
Step 3 – Place orders and book contractors
Once your concept is agreed, your designer will source the appropriate materials, place the necessary orders with manufacturers and book the required builders, decorators, and tradesmen to complete any works that form part of the vision.
Step 4 – Delivery and installation
Your designer will coordinate the dates and deadlines to ensure a logical transition from one step of the installation to the next. They will organise the storage and delivery of goods where required and that your new furniture is handled and assembled with care and attention.
Step 5 – Completion and handover
Our Interior Designers will complete a final quality control review at the end of installation to perfect any last details before arranging cleaning and handover, ready for you to enjoy your stunning new home.
